Intracorp has finally begun construction on a long-gestating condo project alongSouth Congress Avenue after securing a $173 million construction loan.
Intracorp, one of the area’s top condo developers, announced on Oct. 6 the commencement of construction on Leland South Congress at 2121 S. Congress Ave. The 265 condos are 45% pre-sold in a tough market with relatively high interest rates. Leifer Properties is a co-developer on the project, and Northland Properties and Aron Industries are project partners.
